Remove the AI-generated label on TikTok
TikTok reads Content Credentials at upload and labels automatically when it finds them. Its own guidance is explicit that an automatic label cannot be removed from a post once it is published — which makes the file you hand over the only moment that counts.

What TikTok reads in your file

Creator disclosure and automatic labels are two different things
TikTok separates the switch you flip yourself from the label its systems apply after reading the file. Cleaning metadata has nothing to do with the first one. If your content is genuinely generated, disclose it — that is the toggle's job, and this tool does not replace it.
What cleaning addresses is the second case: an accidental credential surviving an edit, an upscale or an export, and dragging a label onto footage that is mostly or entirely your own.
Clean the export, not the project file
Editors write provenance at export time. Cleaning an intermediate render and then exporting again from the timeline puts the credentials straight back. Run the cleaner on the final MP4 that you are about to drag into the TikTok uploader.

Can I remove TikTok's automatic AI label after posting?
No. TikTok's own guidance says an automatic label cannot be removed from a published post. The file has to be clean before it is uploaded.
Does cleaning re-encode my video?
No. We overwrite the metadata boxes in place with standard padding boxes, so the video and audio streams are untouched and the file keeps its exact size.
What about the AI-generated content toggle in the app?
That is your own disclosure and it stays your call. Cleaning metadata does not touch it, and genuinely generated content should still be disclosed.
